Closing Ceremony of West China Base Training Course for Improving Capacities of Grassroots Management Cadres Is Held Successfully

On November 16, 2017, the Closing Ceremony of West China Base Training Course for Improving Capacities of Grassroots Management Cadres was held successfully at the video conference rooms of Chengdu and Mianyang. Chen Li, General Manager of the West China Base under Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd., leaders of the General Manager Office of the Base, and 39 trainees attended the closing ceremony.

The training course provided by the West China Base is an important grassroots management and talent training program of the base. This training, based on management knowledge, supported by the basic literacy of the team leader, focused on training professional skills and complemented by practical learning, aims to provide comprehensive training to the grassroots team leaders.
